Suzie Patrick established organisational consultancy
business Projex Unlimited in 2001 after a successful 15-year career in
customer service management, project management, organisational change
and organisational team development.
Her great strength is her practical, hands-on knowledge. Suzie has learned
how big organisations function from the inside, from the ground up.
Organisation comes
naturally
Suzie entered the New Zealand Internal Affairs Department without qualifications,
but her natural organisational talents soon shone through. Over the next
ten years she worked in several areas of the department, gaining skills
in staff training, client liaison and information transfer to other departments
and to the general public.
Working for local and central government
in Australia and New Zealand she has managed the implementation of several
efficient and cost-effective customer service "one stop shop"
projects including call centres and information centres.
How Suzie Patrick
works
Suzie is passionate about helping her clients
improve the way their organisation functions, with outstanding customer
service the main aim. Working as a team member allows her to get to grips
with the culture of an organisation; crucial to designing workable solutions.
She expects to be there until real results
are achieved. "It's not about writing a report and walking out. I
care. There's a lot of follow-up with my work, ranging from quick phone
calls to requests for me to handle the next stage of a project.
"I won't take on a job unless I'm able to ensure what I do gets results."
To Suzie, success is motivating, inspiring
and empowering staff to take over when she's gone. She enjoys her work.
And she likes to have fun!
